Life on Film
Last year, I started a project which I affectionately called 2018 on Film. My goal was to take one photograph a day to document the simple, quiet moments. Around May, as things go, life got in the way and I didn’t finish out the year. I did pick up my camera periodically, taking a photograph here and there, but I didn’t complete the roll until this month.
These film images span from May 2018 - January 2019. I lost a few images in the middle of roll because I opened the back of my camera prematurely. My favorites from the roll:
As film goes, I was surprised to get back these little treasures of my life, moments I completely forgot about. So glad that I did!
Needless to say, my film camera is loaded once again. No hard and fast rules, but it feels really good to see my life through film.
