Welcome, April

Kodak Ektar 100

I'm so happy to welcome April - I look forward to all  of the springtime goodness that this month has to offer!

I have a few links to share with you today.

+ I love Christina's list of the signs of spring.

+ Brian's spin on women's style with his signature look and feel.

+ Noreli's black and white film images which remind me that I have try b&w with my pentax!

+ Found this beautiful image on pinterest - I can get lost for hours on that site.

+ Learning that the Impossible Project will have color film available for Polaroid 600 cameras (hopefully by summer).

And finally don't forget that today is the *last* day to sign up for the Spring Photo Swap!  Registration will close at midnight (EST) tonight.

Have a wonderful weekend, my friends.

I feel that shooting with film definitely gets to the core of my theme of simplicity for this year.  Love the grain, love the light, no post processing required.

A few links I have enjoyed this week ~

+ Whitnee posted this quote that I simply love.

+ This desktop background for February.

+ Jen's new photography project, The Makers.

+ A short cake story by Kristina.

Happy weekend to you!
