New York Times Article on Scrapbooking

I can’t even begin to describe how it feels to see me holding my products, and my album, in the New York Times.

It’s something I did not expect, but I do feel it’s an important story to tell. It is my hope that this article will continue to push the boundaries on this industry to be more inclusive.

Representation is important. Having diverse designers, creative teams, and products is necessary.

I have heard from so many people how happy they are to finally be able to use products in their crafting that is reflective of themselves.

And I will continue to speak up. Not just for myself, but for my three daughters. So that they can have equal opportunities in any area they choose to invest their time and talent in.
